A belated post - hi 2024..! A few things I’ve worked on this year. Tapestry style keyrings and some new bright ikat style cotton fabric using #recycled #cottonpolyesterblend #oekotexstandard100

Current colourways - recycled cotton and polyester and found (upcycled) yarn - having fun mixing up the colours and going bright for a change, especially after seeing the Ashish show at the William Morris Gallery again last night. Ps I won’t be adding sequins, (not my style) but I really appreciate the work that goes into the manufacture of his garments that are piece made with a tambour embroidery technique (watch the film that is part of the exhibition to see a clip of the craft team working on the pieces). I mainly use yarns that are of GLOBAL RECYCLED STANDARD/OEKO- TEX STANDARD)
